yo mate, im 6ft 4 and the long is spot on for me, although everyone else who has ridden my bike is smaller and would instanltly want to ride the short as it suits them all, so for you the short and its not too short so u can still ride when you grown a bit also

the seat on his 2Hip is a 2Hip. Any pivotal seat/seatpost is lighter than a standard one, it doesn't have all the rails and crap underneath.
